The Rob Burrow MND Rose launches at Hampton Court

We are excited to announce the launch of the Rob Burrow MND Rose making its first appearance at Hampton Court Flower Show.

With its bushy and upright growth habit, the Rob Burrow MND Rose displays glossy toothed foliage, adding to its visual appeal. The buds, adorned with a charming light green hue, unfurl into stunning saffron yellow blooms that captivate the eye. This vibrant floribunda variety not only brightens up any corner of the garden but also releases a delightful myrrh scent, enhancing the sensory experience. A true symbol of radiance, this rose effortlessly brings beauty and charm to any outdoor space it graces.

Former Leeds Rhinos scrum-half Rob Burrow MBE was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in December 2019, just two years after ending his playing career by captaining Leeds to a record-extending eighth Super League Grand Final.

Now a MND Association Patron, Rob is one of an estimated 5,000 adults in the UK currently living with MND. Every day, an average of six people are diagnosed with MND. The MND Association focuses on improving access to care, funding research, and campaigning for people living with, or affected by, MND.

£2.50 from the sale of each rose will be paid to the MND Association (a registered charity in England and Wales (charity number 294354).
